Are the products certified?All our products are certified by the Clipper brand which authenticates their originality. This production has been authorized to use the Clipper brand and complies with the manufacturer's requirements. Any other customized product in Italy without this certification is not to be considered official.

Can I buy a single lighter from a specific collection?No, currently you can only purchase pre-formed lighter sets.

How can I pay?You can pay with any debit card and PayPal.

Does shipping have a cost?Shipping has a standard cost of €6 throughout Italy, unlike some areas called "disadvantaged areas" which include all those places that are difficult to reach due to distance or the conformation of the territory. To deliver to these destinations, our reference courier requires longer delivery times and the payment of an extra commission. At the time of check-out, the system will automatically calculate any price difference based on the zip code you enter. Can i make a return?You can return the product no later than 30 days after receiving the order. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned and that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For more details click here
