Returns and Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase and want a refund, we'd first like to apologize and ask you to use the chat to let us know your issue. We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@theboxtoe.com using the following methods:

Text: explain the reason and indicate the product number.

Attachments: 2 - 3 product photos.

NB: Please note that items damaged through normal wear cannot be returned and that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
